1. Scope of Work
KS Media ATL ("Photographer") agrees to provide photography services as described in the selected package. The client will receive 8–12 professionally edited digital photos within 3-5 business days after purchase.

2. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking through the KS Media ATL website. Services will not begin until payment is received.

3. Delivery
Edited photos will be sent via Google Drive or direct download link within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you are ordering for a past game, the delivery timeline begins from the date your order is submitted.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling
All sales are final. If you booked the wrong date, please contact KS Media ATL immediately — we'll adjust the event date internally if your correct date has already passed.

5. Usage Rights
Clients may use delivered photos for personal and social media purposes. Commercial use requires written permission from KS Media ATL.

6. Photographer Rights
KS Media ATL retains the right to use images for portfolio, social media, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Liability
KS Media ATL is not liable for circumstances beyond control (weather, equipment failure, etc.). If an issue prevents delivery, a full refund or reshoot will be offered.

8. Model Release
By purchasing or participating in a KS Media ATL photo session, you grant KS Media ATL permission to use, reproduce, and display your likeness in digital or printed form for promotional and portfolio purposes. If you wish to opt out, please email contact@ksmedia.info prior to photo delivery.
